Hi I have a ford transit custom with a ford nav MFD low on the dash. The Screen went bright with a white haze for a while then completely stopped displaying anything. Everything else works, is this something that can be repaired?

Hi there i have a 2015 transit connect with the sync display unit on the dash with built in sat nav reverse camara and parking sensors.

My display screen for all this went Faded today with a line through the middle but still working then around 15 minutes later it was white and not working now it flickers and comes and goes can u advise are these what u can repair please and what the cost etc.

My Ford HS RNS systems has started to play up!
The radio switches itself off and on again whilst driving, there is a clicking noise in the cd part ( even though there is no cd in it )!! Also the whole system intermittently shuts down. Please Could you let me know if this is something that can be fixed and of course the cost!!

it just lights up white before the unit failed the gps used to lock up mid route
without this display the radio etc will not work

Hi my sat nav ford kuga 09 started Saying your location is out side the digatized net work ? Also sometime its say insert orignal carrier -disc I presume now i have lost the maps . Ive checked the disc it seems to have seen better days plese could you help beat regards

I’ve got problem with my touch screen in my ford Mondeo titanium x estate,touch screen going off and on and after around 2-3minutes completely off and not respond that also effect all of the buttons on the panel including A/C when engine is off I can turn on radio but after 30sec going off and when I try to switch on and straight off then screen stops on standby I mean I still got it time and date but only at that point.can you help me?

I have a 59 plate focus titanium and the satnav just isn’t pikcing up a gps signal. I’ve tried locating the cable in the back of the unit but i’m not what you’d call a technical person. Could it just be the antenna? What would you charge for diagnosing/fixing such a problem

I have a 2008 ford mondeo x-titianium radio\sat nav touch screen unit. The main display flickers on and off and mainly stays off. Loss of surrounding button funtionality occurs too. Its seems like the most common fault ye see is the cause as when the screen is off the radio or cd players will continue to work. I know I have to get this one repaired or get a new one as it has to oem for air con funtionality. Could you send me relevant information to get the ball rolling on repairing this. I am based in Dublin, Ireland. I have the unit removed from the car. Thank you, Shane.

Hi, I’ve got a 2009 ford focus titanium. Last week my battery died and since putting a new one in the sat nav / entertainment unit is dead. It seems to have power going to it but nothings happening. fuses are both fine too apparently its a common fault on some fords manufactured in 2009. Are you aware of this and do you know if it is reparable? I’ve had a quote to repair from another company but that will mean shipping to Germany. Thanks

I have A 2011 ford s max with a touch screen. All the features of the screen are working except any climate features, so no heating, fan, air conditioning. Is this something you have seen before?

the sat nav in our car will not work it wont get the right directions it goes to other country we have reset it to its factory state but still not work is there anything we can try
